Tomoko shared so much knowledge, not only about Udon but other Japanese cuisines and culture!
Tomoko gave me so many extra special cooking tips and delicious pickled vegetables and tea.
The skills I learnt will be so easy to take back to Australia- she gave a recipe and told me all the substitute ingredients I can buy easily at home.
