If you happen to arrive early, that’s no problem. There’s stuff at the pier to keep you entertained if you need to kill some time.
▼Walk down the big staircase at the "JR Osaka-jo-koen" Station and turn left. After walking for a short while the ticket booth will be visible on your right.
