【1】Japanese cuisine & supermarket tour

The “one soup three dishes” is a traditional Japanese style of cuisine, consisting of one soup, one main and two side dishes.
Its special characteristic is its balance, as you cover your energy needs through the carbohydrates in rice, your hydration needs through the soup, and the rest of micronutrients through the accompanying dishes.
This type of cuisine has a long history and has been a staple of households for over 600 years.
As this experience involves dishes made from Osakamon (highest quality produce sourced directly in Osaka), it enables you to enjoy the cuisine of Osaka to the fullest.
