First restaurant, choice 1: Yakiniku Kojima, Habikino main store
The “Special Rare Hamburger” made with A5 rank Kuroge Wagyu is surprisingly tender, rare in the middle and topped with egg yolk that you need to break apart before topping it off with a special sauce.
The thick cuts of upper skirt steak can also be enjoyed either with salt, or a special sauce.
