體驗做御好燒

在長堀橋裡的咖啡店做大阪的地道美食、御好燒。

製作御好燒（大阪燒）和味噌湯！

主要料理是御好燒（大阪燒）！ 為了讓您在家也能製作，教您用簡單的食材和輕鬆的料理方式，味噌湯的製作也是。

跟大阪人交流

只要在國際文化交流中心的C Flat裡就能跟大阪人交流。 可以邀請使用不同語言的朋友們一起參加，跟大阪人一邊聊天，一邊品嘗美食。 （如果是最後關頭才預約，有可能只有工作人員在場。 ）

即使回到自己的國家，可以嘗試做一下噢！

做好食物後，就到了大家一起聊天一起品嘗食物的時間了！ 可以交換故鄉的故事或觀光地點，食物和文化的資訊。 不懂日語也不怕！ 這裡是讓你在大阪也能跟當地人交流的地方。 來品嘗以下大阪的靈魂食物吧！

從長堀橋站步行約一分鐘的好位置

從大阪地下鐵堺筋線・長堀鶴見綠地縣 長堀橋「5-A 出口」或是從「南1 出口」出來
→ 從出口出來右側就有腳踏車停車場。

→穿過腳踏車停車場後再通過南側的小巷道。

→右轉後就能看到右手邊有Sarasa飯店的入口。

→進入入口後從櫃檯的左側通道進去以後就能到達C Flat。

  A fun & authentic experience

  My partner and I visited osaka and wanted to experience local specialties, so whats better than learning them yourself? We learned how to make okonomiyaki in different ways and even were taught about the historic and different types around japan. Needless to say the selfmade okonomiyaki were very tasty and will be definitley made at home many times as we are bringing a small part of Japan home with us😊
  
  Keiko (the host) was very friendly and proficient in different languages so communication was not a problem. We even got photos, recipes and answers to various questions like restaurants for specific food types e.g. at the same day per mail as well as a very unique parting gift.
